2020-21 – Wale kept his spot in the first team and earned himself the opportunity to be part of the Worcester Wolves training squad.

2019 – 20 – In his second year at UW, Wale made our first team, who had earned promotion to to BUCS Prem, the season prior.  After a poor start to the season, Wale’s steady guard play contributed to a strong close to the regular season where our first team made the playoffs.  Eventually losing in the second round to a strong UEL side.

2018 – 19 – University of Worcester 2^nd team & University of Worcester 3^rd.  team.  Whilst representing our 3rd team, Wale had a season high 25points 8 steals 6 assist against Staffordshire University.  Wale helped the 3rd team reach  the finals of the BUCS Conference Cup, where we lost to Cambridge 1st team 76 – 62.

Before Worcester

Wale started playing basketball when he was 12/13 years old at Harris academy in Peckham, London.   After a year of playing he joined National League club, Peckham Pride and played with them for 4 years.   During his time with Peckham Pride, Wale was part of some successful teams. At u15’s Peckham won South 2 Conference(2013/2014) and earned promotion to South Premier.  That year Wale won u16 Sureshot National Cup with Peckam Pride with a victory over Ipswich Basketball (79-53).

 During his time with Peckham Pride, Wale also won some individual honours.  At the age of 15 he won u16 most outstanding player for the club, he also won Greenhouse best offensive player for his school team.  In his last season as  an u18, Wale played for Southwark Legends in South Conference.   That season the team built an amazing 15 – 1 regular season record.  However playoff final dreams were cut short in a first round loss to Bucks Hornets.
